The privacy of Vista Ciudad Estates homeowners is very important to us.  For the reason, this site has been divided into two sections.

• Anyone logging onto the site will have access to its public pages, which will contain information that we are often asked to provide to real estate agents or individuals interested in purchasing or building a home in our community.
• There will also be password-protected homeowners pages containing information accessible only by homeowners.   This will include such things as:
  • A list of homeowners, addresses, and contact instructions for use by our board of directors and the block captains of our Neighborhood Watch.
  • A schedule for meetings of the association's board of directors, financial reports, and minutes from the most recent annual board meeting.
  • Neighborhood Watch block rosters, incident reports and other information affecting our safety and security.

We will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose to the public any of the information in the homeowners pages of this website.   Because of the presence of this site on the internet, we may receive email from individuals outside our community asking for the names, phone numbers, or email addresses of homeowners.   We will forward any such requests directly to the homeowner concerned, so that the homeowner can respond, or not respond to the request, as desired.

We can not prevent homeowners from sharing the site's password with non-residents.   We can not prevent neighbors from printing these electronic directories and providing them to non-residents. When made aware of such abuses, we will investigate and take the necessary corrective action.   If you are aware of any abuses, or have concern about a possible inappropriate use of these data, please contact us. To help track web site usage, and to identify and correct instances of abuse, our web host collects information about the date and time in which our web site was accessed and the internet address of the web site from which you linked to our site.
